We deliver the screen, projector and sound, set it all up, connect your source and make sure the picture and sound work. You run it during the party. We come back afterward and pack it out.
Full game day
Everything in the rental, plus a technician who stays for the whole game. If the stream hiccups, the volume needs work or the sun moves, someone who knows the gear handles it while you watch.
Your Account, Our Big Screen
The game comes from your own setup: your cable or satellite box, a streaming device signed in to your own subscription, or a laptop. We connect it to the projector and sound and test it with you before kickoff. If you’re streaming, make sure your Wi-Fi reaches the yard, or plan on a wired connection.
Good to know
- Night games look best. A projector needs shade or dusk. For a 1 PM kickoff in full sun, ask us about placement before you book.
- Cold-weather games can move into a garage, barn or big basement. Same screen, same sound.
- We need a flat spot for the screen, power nearby, and a way to get the gear to the setup area.

For Private Parties at Home
Game-day rentals are for private gatherings at a home, for family and friends, with no admission charged. You supply the source and the account and you’re responsible for using it within your provider’s terms. Sports broadcasts and pay-per-view events have their own rules for public and business showings, so if you’re a bar, a brewery or another business, or you’re advertising a public watch party, tell us first and we’ll talk through what applies.
