Last updated: September 2026. This is the Privacy Policy for Pro Stylez Cinema, describing how Pro Stylez Entertainment, LLC (“we,” “us”) handles information collected through prostylezcinema.com.
Information You Give Us
When you use our Request a Quote or Contact forms, we collect what you submit — typically your name, email address, phone number, and details about your event such as the date, location, approximate guest count, venue type and the movie you have in mind. That information is emailed to our booking inbox and used to answer you and, if you book, to plan and run your event.
If you use the “Report an issue” button on a movie page, we receive what you type and your email address only if you choose to give one, so we can fix the page and reply.
You do not need an account or a login to use this site. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages people find useful — for example, which movies get looked at most, or which planning guides get read.
Analytics does not load until you accept it. Until you choose Accept on the cookie notice, your browser makes no analytics request to Google from this site and no analytics cookies are set. If you decline, or simply ignore the notice, the site behaves exactly the same and Google Analytics never loads.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat that as a decline automatically and never ask.
Google Analytics collects usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, and general device and browser information. We do not use it to identify you personally, and we do not use Google Ads or advertising personalisation on this site.
If you accept analytics, your browser also measures how quickly each page loads, such as how long the main content took to appear. Those readings go to Google Analytics and to our own server. Our server keeps only the reading, the date, the kind of page (for example, a movie page) and whether the screen was phone-sized. It does not save your IP address, the address of the page, or anything else that identifies you. Your IP address is used briefly, in scrambled form, to stop one connection from flooding us with reports, and the readings themselves are deleted after 90 days.
Cookies We Set
We set one cookie of our own:

If you accept analytics, Google Analytics sets its own cookies (typically _ga and a _ga_ cookie for this property) to tell repeat visits apart. If you decline, those are never set.
You can change your mind at any time using the cookie settings link, and you can clear these cookies through your browser at any point.
Things This Site Remembers in Your Browser Only
Some features remember things on your device only. This information is stored in your browser’s local storage, is never transmitted to our servers, is not readable by us, and does not travel with you to another device or browser:
- Recently viewed — the last few movies you looked at, so they are easy to find again.
- Your shortlist — titles you save with the star button, so you can send them with a quote request.
- Planning checklist — which items you have ticked off on our planning guides.
- Trailer notice — that you already saw the “before you watch” note on a trailer, so it doesn’t appear again for 30 days.
Clearing your browser’s site data for this site removes all of it. Declining cookies does not disable these features, because they are not tracking — they never leave your browser.
What Our Own Server Records About Searches and the Quiz
When you use the search box on this site, our server records what you searched for, when, how many results there were, whether you opened one, and whether the site suggested a spelling correction. We use this to make search better and to learn which movies people are looking for, including ones we do not carry yet.
- It does not identify you. The record has no name, email address, phone number or IP address, and it is not linked to your quote requests, your forms or any other information about you. If what you type looks like an email address or phone number, we discard the text.
- No cookie is involved. To tell one burst of typing from another, your browser holds a random code in temporary storage that disappears when you close the tab.
- It is kept briefly. Individual search records are kept for 90 days. After that only totals remain, such as how many times a title was searched in a given week.
- Global Privacy Control is respected. If your browser sends that signal, we do not record your searches.
- It is not shared or sold. Only our team can see it. Because these records are not linked to you, we cannot look up or delete an individual person’s searches.
If the “Help Me Choose” quiz fails to load your picks, our server may also record the answers you chose (such as the audience and mood options), the type of error, and whether you were on a phone, tablet or computer, so we can fix the problem. Like search records, this has no name, email address, IP address or cookie, is not linked to you, is not recorded if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, and only the most recent 100 are kept.
Getting Notified When a Movie Is Available
Some movies are in our catalog before a licensing partner can supply them for events, and some you look for may not be in the catalog at all. On those movie pages, and when a search finds nothing, you can ask us to tell you if it becomes available. If you do, we collect the email address you give us and which movie you asked about. Your first name and an event date are optional; you only give them if you choose to.
- One email, then done. When the movie becomes available, a member of our team sends you one email about that movie. It is not a mailing list and we do not add you to one.
- If you add an event date, we are also alerted when you sign up, so we can follow up with you personally, the way we would for a quote request.
- You can cancel any time with the link in that email, or by asking us to remove you.
- How long we keep it. We delete your request 30 days after we email you or you cancel. If the movie never becomes available, we delete it after 12 months.
- It is not shared or sold. Only our team can see it.
Movie Trailers
Movie pages can play trailers hosted on YouTube. The trailer player does not load until you click to play it. Nothing is requested from YouTube, and YouTube sets nothing, until you choose to watch. We use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode for these embeds. Once you play a trailer, YouTube and Google receive the request and their own privacy policy applies.
Amazon Links
Some movie pages link to Amazon so you can buy or rent a title yourself. We are a participant in the Amazon Associates Program, and we may earn a commission from qualifying purchases made through those links, at no extra cost to you. These links do not change what we recommend or what we quote you.
Forms and Email
Form submissions are delivered by email to our booking inbox and are kept for as long as we need them to answer you and to keep a record of work we have done. We do not add you to a mailing list from a quote request.
Hosting and Server Logs
The site is hosted on Spider Hosting. Like almost any web server, it keeps standard access logs (IP address, time, page requested, browser) for security and troubleshooting. These are not used to build a profile of you.
Children
This site is aimed at people booking events, not at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your Choices
- Accept or decline analytics at any time using the cookie settings link.
- Clear your browser’s site data to remove everything stored on your device.
- Ask us what information we hold about you from a booking enquiry, and ask us to delete it, by contacting us.
- Cancel a “notify me” request at any time with the link in our email, or by asking us to remove you.
