You Organize the Community. We Bring the Cinema.
Movies in the park, school family nights, library screenings, town celebrations. We bring the screen, projector, sound and crew, run the whole night, and help you sort out the movie license, so your team can focus on the crowd.
Built for Public Movie Nights
If you’re putting on a movie night for the public, a membership or a school community, this is the page for you. We work with parks and recreation departments, towns and villages, downtown associations and chambers, school districts and PTAs, colleges, libraries, churches, HOAs and apartment communities, nonprofits, and companies hosting their employees and families.

From First Call to Final Credits
- Tell us the basics. Date, place and roughly how many people you expect. A rain date if you have one.
- We recommend the setup. Screen and sound size for your crowd and venue, what power we need, and which license fits your screening.
- You promote it, we produce it. Use the free flyer builder and planning tools in our Resource Hub.
- Movie night. We arrive early, set up, test everything before your crowd arrives, run the show and pack out after the credits.
Running a summer series? Booking several dates at once locks in your weekends before they fill up. Our guide to starting a Movies in the Park program walks through the planning.
Common Questions
Do free events need a movie license?
Usually, yes. Public screenings need public-performance rights even when admission is free. We’ll help you confirm what your event needs. Our licensing guide explains it.
What if it rains?
Pick a rain date or an indoor backup, like a gym or community room, and decide when you’ll make the call. We set up indoors too. More in our rain plan guide.
What do you need from us on site?
A flat area for the screen and seating, access to power near the setup, and a path our crew can bring the equipment through. We’ll go over the specifics for your venue before the date.
How far ahead should we book?
As soon as you have a date. Summer weekends and the holiday season go first. See how far in advance to book.
